Dear God (Entry No. 2)

“Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s. You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the Lord will be with you”
– 2 Chronicles 20:15,17.

Dear God, your child is seeking your help again,
Help me O Lord, help me win against this battle
With you as my armor, nothing is impossible
You will raise me high and not let me fall

With all my heart, with all my soul
I will not rest, I will give it my all
Erase all these fears and calm my troubled heart
Be in control, like you have been from the start

I come to you now, naked, scared and wounded
Vulnerable and weak, just like you wanted
So that I would learn to call on to your name
To draw me closer and rescue me from pain

I am a sinner and I deserve your punishment
But forgive me my Lord, save me from this judgement
Rescue me from this imbalance and show me your greatness
Hear out my prayer and help me finish this sentences.

That comment is so full of encouragement. You have no idea how much you’ve enlightened my disheartened soul

you are right, i do not know the precise impact that these words have had upon you this day… but i know the lord and he is mighty to save and jesus saves. know that the lord is with thee… to save thee… never shall he leave thy side… see that you will know his deliverance …
romans 4:17 “17 (As it is written , I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed , even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were .”
he is calling… he will show you what you never thought could have existed…
he will show you the Way
walk in it… and he shall give you the desires of your heart
        the lord bless thee!
